Our Distribution Centre located in Ingleburn (Sydney NSW) is recognized globally to be a SMART Logistic platform, embedding some of the most advanced solutions and innovations. It covers 17,500M2 of storage capacity together with efficient and ergonomic equipment like the new fleet of Materials Handling Equipment, and a full Green SITE facility, servicing various industries covering every sector imaginable including mining, hospitals, utilities, data centers and just about everything in-between.
What is the role?
Based in Ingleburn and working in our Field Services sector you will be responsible for supervision and coordination of logistics activities. Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supervise the day to day fast pace running of Field Services sector/shift
- Lead, coach, and mentor project and cross-functional teams and provide clear direction
- Identify risks, and issues and manage the associated risk mitigation and corrective action plans
- Work closely with Quality and Continuous Improvement Teams to support and implementation of SPS principles
- Ensure the effectiveness of treatment of pick, pack, & ship physical flows, utilization, and the reliability of inventory
Why you?

- Tertiary education in a Management related discipline and/ or cert III or IIII in Front Line Management
- Prior experience in Warehouse Operations and supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience in people management
- Background in customer experience, logistics continuous improvement, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma tools will be a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of ERP flows
- knowledge in Oracle,WMS will be a plus
