Being a Schneider Electric Graduate, you will be fast-tracked into high performing teams to have an exciting, attractive and diverse start to your career. Our Graduate Program may contain rotational opportunities within the business. This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years, starting February 2023 until February 2025. Here you will gain exposure to Industry and be supported to learn all the skills that you will need to have a meaningful career.

Program dates and information:
- Dates: February 2023 until February 2025
- Our Graduate Program may contain 3 x 8 months rotations! This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years.

How to apply?
Please apply if you are:
- An Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2021 or 2022
The recruitment process may include completing Digital Interviews, Situational Strengths Assessment, Assessment Centre and Background Screening. You will be informed at each stage if you are successful or unsuccessful in progressing.
