Based in Sydney, we have an exciting opportunity for an amazing individual to join us as a Digital Experience Business Partner. Reporting into the Director Digital Customer Relationships you will be voice of the customer in our teams and responsible for linking insights to opportunities that allow for the creation of exceptional customer experiences in our digital channels.

As a highly motivated digital customer experience professional, you will be responsible to provide strategic leadership across our digital platforms and improve our end-to-end digital customers experiences. Working with a variety of colleagues and disciplines you will plan, design, build and optimise our digital experiences to deliver on customer needs and business outcomes.

What exactly you will be doing:

  • Take strategic view of our digital channels and its impact on the customer journey to ensure the design and delivery approach is clear and managed from concept to adoption
  • Identify viable use cases, perform discovery and user analysis before any initiative enters delivery
  • Develop and mature our customer journey insights for continuous improvement
  • Leverage insights to prioritise, and work collaboratively with design and delivery partners
  • Ensuring success is not finished with delivery and that change management and adoption is key to driving long-term benefits

About you:

You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You like to solve problems and are meticulous with high attention to detail.

In addition, you possess the following relevant skills:

  • demonstrated five years’ experience with digital customer experience functions
  • accomplished in Human Centred Design approaches to build and inform customer journey analysis
  • analytical focus with hands on experience in analysis of customer research and digital channel performance
  • skilled in writing and presenting findings and proposed strategies based on research, analysis, and market trends
  • familiarity working with tools such as Google Analytics, Content Square, Medallia and Miro (however not mandatory)
