Based in Sydney, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join us as a Marketing Technology Business Partner. Reporting into the Director Digital Customer Relationships you will be ensuring that the Customer Experience is at the heart of all initiatives and driving change that supports evolution of our digital customer journey.

You will be excited about what marketing technology can enable to improve customer and commercial outcomes, and be motivated to lead, experiment, and grow the capabilities of our teams. In this role, you will work with our teams, as well as key stakeholders in the Business to deliver and grow the capabilities of our global marketing technology capabilities.

What exactly you will be doing:

  • Provide insight around evolution of end-to-end customer journey of our digital channels and constantly deliver continuous improvement
  • Highlight opportunities, proactively work through optimisations, and promotes a culture of data driven decision making
  • Work in cross-functional programs to deliver successful work and oversee any change management activities
  • Develop, test, implement and scale marketing use cases for automation, data and audience management whilst closely working with our teams in Australia, New Zealand and globally

About you:

You are a highly driven and self-motivated marketing automation and technology specialist. You have continuous learning mindset and are an astute communicator with ability to talk through data and technical details.

In addition, you possess the following relevant skills:

  • demonstrated five years’ experience with marketing technology or operations roles, including implementation, journey design and change management in B2B and B2C environments
  • skilled in writing and presenting proposed strategies based on research, analysis, and market trends
  • knowledge of Adobe or Salesforce marketing technologies is preferred, experience in other marketing technology suites will be considered
  • exposure to audience management and customer data platforms would be desirable
  • experience in job management tools such as JIRA and confluence and building and delivering to a roadmap
