Based in Sydney, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join us as a Sales Excellence Business Partner – Power & Process Intensive. Reporting into the Director Commercial Excellence you will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Segments Organisation and managing by influencing cross-functional teams that include, sales leaders, segment leaders, sales team, finance, marketing, and product management. Working with sales leadership to drive predictable sales outcomes for Services Sales Execution Model & Insight Sales.
Your main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support the business by providing Commercial Performance Reporting and Sales’ Forecasting
- Support Sales Excellence initiatives such as sales cadences, Sales Force Effectiveness metrics, Salesforce (bFO)
- Drive continuous process improvements and transformations across the entire business to support services growths within the Go to Market
- Identify gaps in existing processes and implement resolutions or strategies to mitigate the key issues
- Analysis, creation, and coordination of target templates facilitating target build sessions with the sales teams
About you:
You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You are an astute communicator with ability to lead strategic insights.
In addition, you possess the following relevant skills:
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related discipline
- demonstrated experience in Transformations and understanding of Power & Process Intensive End Markets
- strong Operations mindset and business acumen
- experience with CRM and ERP
- skilled to navigate in a large organisation and deal with a various numbers of stakeholders
