We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our innovative team in our Melbourne office.
As the Telecommunications Channel Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a new route to market through telecommunications companies.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the success of our channel strategy, build meaningful partnerships, and contribute to Schneider Electric's growth and success
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage, onboard, and manage telecommunications partners, enabling Schneider Electric to expand its reach and market presence within the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the telecommunications sector
- Create and execute a channel development plan to establish Schneider Electric as a preferred vendor within the telecommunications industry
- Work closely with partners to develop and implement joint sales plans, ensuring consistent execution and achievement of sales objectives
- Set ambitious sales targets and revenue goals in collaboration with the sales leadership team
- Identify, assess, and engage potential telecommunications partners, including network operators, service providers, and system integrators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organisations, including executives, sales teams, and technical teams
- Collaborate with partners to identify joint business opportunities and align strategies for mutual growth and success
- Drive partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and product/solution knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop partner-specific marketing collateral, sales tools, and resources to support partner activities
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Proven experience (8+ years) in channel management or business development within the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of telecommunications market dynamics, including network infrastructure, connectivity, and digital transformation trends
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the telecommunications sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
