We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our project delivery business and take charge of running internal improvement projects.

As an Internal Improvement Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing projects aimed at enhancing our internal operations, processes, and systems.

Your expertise in project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration will be vital in driving efficiency, productivity, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and desired outcomes.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, department heads, and senior management to gather project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.

Team Leadership:

  • Assemble project teams, define roles and responsibilities, and provide clear direction and guidance.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals, while addressing any performance issues or conflicts that may arise.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement within internal operations, processes, and systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall business performance and efficiency.

Change Management:

  • Drive change initiatives by facilitating the adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies.
  • Develop change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably for an electrical manufacturer
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
