The Schneider Electric Foundation is our platform for driving positive change and making a difference in the communities where we operate. With a focus on education, sustainability, and access to energy, the Foundation supports projects and initiatives that create lasting impact.

About the role:

Role is preferably part time with flexible hours

Develop and implement the company’s social impact strategy, in collaboration with the Schneider Electric Foundation.

Identify and prioritize key social and environmental issues to address, aligning with the Foundation’s focus areas.

Lead and manage social impact initiatives, leveraging the resources and expertise of the Schneider Electric Foundation.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate social impact considerations into business strategies and operations.

Measure and report on the impact of social initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s objectives.

Manage major giving, volunteering and workplace giving programs.

Manage SE Pacific Fund, a sub-fund of the Australian Communities Foundation. requires budgeting, invoicing & vendors.

Convene the Foundation Committee, which is the governing body of the Foundation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration).

Proven experience in developing and implementing social impact strategies within a corporate setting.

Strong understanding of sustainability principles, social issues, and global trends.

Excellent leadership and communication skills (internal and external), with the ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders.

Track record of driving successful social impact initiatives and partnerships.

Experience in working with non-profit organizations and/or government agencies.
