We have an exciting opportunity for an Issue Resolution Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. The team’s mission is to be Customer’s advocate & connect our teams to provide simplified seamless experience.
In this role, your operational responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Act as the SPOC for our customers facilitating the investigation with internal stakeholders to ensure correct escalation and communication of issues and support collaborative resolution
- Undertake analysis of customer issues in collaboration with technical and manufacturing stakeholders and manage resolution from containment through to prevention
- Use appropriate quality and software tools to capture trends and lead or participate in 8D’s and Safety Risk Assessments
- Formulate reports for customers and internal teams on issues and conclusions
- Lead the internal quality conversation for the business units in your scope and ensure timely communication of information and formal capture of quality situation through reports and KPI’s
About you:
You’re analytical and strategic, focused on finding collaborative resolutions to issues and happy to navigate difficult conversations. Ideally you will have a good combination of commercial, communication and quality skills. You’re customer-obsessed, going above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers.
In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful;
- Demonstrated experience of working in a quality related discipline preferably in an electrical or electronic environment with external customer exposure
- Good communication skills to internal and external customers
- Customer Oriented mindset
- Ability to network and collaborate effectively
- Skilful in executing quality tools in a matrix environment
