- Keep BOMs accurate: work with the Order Entry team to confirm BOM accuracy and ensure data is correctly entered and maintained in SAP.
- Prioritise the right work: collaborate with BPS/SCRR workshop teams to align priorities with capacity and customer needs; flag risks early and communicate any delays to sales, customers, and project coordinators.
- Coordinate deliveries end‑to‑end: organise delivery bookings; help resolve warranty claims, damaged goods, lost items and special deliveries with courier partners (e.g., StarTrack, Cope).
- Build strong relationships: maintain clear, professional communication with GCR Order Entry, Project Coordinators, workshops, and external partners.
- Champion HSE & governance: follow company HSE standards and policies; support a safe, continuous‑improvement culture and comply with regulations and company ethics.
