What will you do:
- Partner directly with business leaders to drive organizational success through innovative people strategies and cultural initiatives
- Be a digital disruptor – think differently and drive digitisation in people programs & systems;
- Drive comprehensive HR solutions including talent management and performance optimization
- Guide managers in leveraging HR tools and programs to enhance employee engagement and development
- Facilitate organizational change management and provide expertise in employment regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Solutions teams to implement impactful programs aligned with business needs
