Step into a role where you’ll be the face of Clipsal by Schneider Electric — a household name trusted by electricians, builders, and families across Australia.

We’re looking for a passionate, customer‑focused sales professional to champion our brand across the growing Northern Victoria region, servicing Greater Shepparton, Albury, and surrounding areas.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, ideal for someone who’s ready to make an impact, grow their skills, and represent a market‑leading brand.

You’ll enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and trust — empowered to manage your territory, build strong relationships, and drive meaningful results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a defined territory across Northern Victoria – Greater Shepparton / Albury region
  • Build trusted relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors, and builders
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long‑term partnerships
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Use CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and meet customer needs
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and residential developments
  • Represent Clipsal at trade events, customer days, and industry functions

Who You Are

  • Experienced in territory sales, account management, or trade‑related environments
  • Curious, adaptable, and quick to learn
  • Confident managing your own schedule and building relationships
  • Hold a full driver’s licence and comfortable with regional travel
  • Passionate about customer connection, brand advocacy, and delivering results
