Preferred Location: Sydney or Melbourne

At Schneider Electric, we empower our customers to get the most from their energy and resources through innovative, digital energy‑management and automation solutions. As a global leader operating in more than 100 countries, we combine cutting‑edge technology with a strong customer‑first mindset — and we’re looking for people who want to make a real impact.

We’re seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to grow and manage a portfolio of existing and new accounts using phone, video and digital channels. You’ll focus on transactional sales growth, reactivating dormant accounts, and following up new leads through a disciplined, high‑volume engagement rhythm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales across assigned named accounts with a focus on transactional products
  • Maintain consistent digital engagement: 50% Blue Zone accounts, 50% dormant or new leads
  • Qualify and progress opportunities, ensuring CRM and pipeline accuracy
  • Build strong customer relationships via calls, video meetings and timely follow‑up
  • Collaborate with pricing, marketing, operations, product managers and specialists
  • Support marketing campaigns and follow up on all generated leads
  • Escalate opportunities for field or specialist support when needed
  • Comply with company commercial policies, pricing guidelines and HSE standards

Requirements

  • Electrical engineering degree, electrical trade background, or relevant industry experience
  • Strong track record in sales, ideally in electrical or industrial products
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable working in a high‑volume digital sales model
  • CRM discipline and ability to operate in a metrics‑driven environment
  • Strong negotiation, follow‑through and customer focus
  • Solid analytical, problem‑solving and digital communication skills
  • Training in formal sales methodologies (e.g., consultative, value, or solution selling) is beneficial

Please note all candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
