We are currently seeking an Engineer with at least 7 years’ experience who is interested in a Design Manager role in Brisbane. In this role you will lead multi discipline design teams as you deliver engineering for minerals processing plants. In this client facing role you will be involved in the design


About the Role:
  • Managing multi-discipline design teams to deliver engineering to our projects team and clients
  • Driving safety, technical, budget and schedule outcomes during engineering
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors and subcontractors
  • Managing studies and project development work as the business demands.
About you:
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and provide stakeholder satisfaction
  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a mineral processing, mining, or related industries
  • Demonstrated experience with either people or project management
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of metal and/ or coal processing plants
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Autodesk Applications and Aconex or TeamBinder, would be highly regarded
