To support our success we are currently seeking a Cadet Draftsperson to join our us in Brisbane to support our project within Mineral Processing plants.
What does this role involve?
- With support, complete detailed designs from rough sketches of specification outlines
- Work within budgets and schedules and maintain project files
- Work towards developing the completion of more complex designs
- Contribute to periodic reporting and regular maintenance of drafting priorities
- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management process and systems
- Develop to understand Sedgman standard specifications also to reflect current industry standards.
- Completed minimum 1 year (Full time equivalent) of Diploma in CAD / Associate Degree in Engineering
- Previous experience in design / consultancy / operational environment highly regarded
- AutoCAD or Micro Station experience desirable
- Skills in MS Office suite
- High attention to detail
