We are currently seeking an experienced Senior UiPath Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable automation solutions across enterprise environments.
This role provides the opportunity to work hands‑on with the UiPath platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust, production‑ready automations.
You will play a key role in solution design, technical delivery, and ensuring best‑practice automation standards are maintained across the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex UiPath automations using Studio, Orchestrator, and modern UiPath services.
  • Design end‑to‑end automation solutions, including attended, unattended, and hybrid workflows.
  • Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks aligned with enterprise RPA standards.
  • Develop integrations across enterprise systems, including web, desktop, APIs, SAP, Citrix, and legacy/mainframe platforms.
  • Design and implement intelligent automation workflows leveraging UiPath AI Center and Document Understanding where applicable.
  • Contribute to emerging agentic automation use cases, including human‑in‑the‑loop and event‑driven orchestration.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating them into scalable automation solutions.
  • Estimate effort, plan delivery timelines, and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed schedules.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live activities, including issue resolution and optimisation.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the uplift of automation capability across the team.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and SDLC standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in UiPath Studio (Modern Experience) and Orchestrator (Queues, Assets, Triggers, Packages).
  • Experience using REFramework and designing custom automation frameworks.
  • Strong experience delivering attended, unattended, and long‑running workflows.
  • Solid understanding of RPA solution design, including exception handling, logging, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience integrating automations with:
    – APIs (REST/SOAP)
    – Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
    – Databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation, solution designs, and operational runbooks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams.
  • Exposure to AI‑driven or agentic automation capabilities (Autopilot, AI Agents) highly desirable.
