The Role:
As a key member of the APAC marketing team and NZ business, you will build and execute integrated digital-first marketing programs from awareness through engagement and acquisition across customer segments and within specific accounts.

You will work closely with our commercial teams, specialists, business leaders, global marketing teams, and external groups to deliver relevant marketing programs, sales enablement, client events, communications, and thought leadership goals.

As a member of Serivan/Cognizant’s global marketing organization, this role has day-to-day accountability to the Head of Marketing (APAC), NZ Business Unit leadership, and commercial team. Critical elements of your role include:

    Demand Generation – Build and execute integrated demand programs that increase awareness and contribute to the sales funnel, featuring sales enablement, customer engagement, and activation elements.
      Communications/Content– Identify and manage local communications needs including program narratives, client propositions, content plans, website management, and translation/transcreation.
        Client Activation design and manage client events and experiential programs (incl. activation of sponsorships).

        Key Role Responsibilities:

      • Contribute to customer growth through quarterly demand marketing programs leveraging digital, outbound (email), social, web, and client experience channels.
      • Own localization (translation) of all forms of relevant global content, including through leadership, videos, web copy, case studies, sales enablement tools, collateral, and marketing communications (invites, EDM, social copy).
      • Take responsibility for commissioning local content assets to engage and motivate local audiences. Develop Sevian/ Cognizant messaging and propositions that resonate with customers.
      • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, subject matter experts (Client Partners, Service Line Practices, Partners), and key alliance partners to develop goals for marketing efforts.
      • Manage vendor relationships including agency/freelancer selection and onboarding of vendors through to statement of work production and program delivery.
      • Planning and budgeting – Plan and operate to budget requirements including business case-driven projects.
      • Compliance - Ensure the integrity and adherence to data privacy laws for client databases, email, and data usage. Ensure Servian / Cognizant policies and procedures are followed
      • Personal Attributes

      • Experience in technology-based services, digital business concepts, and value propositions. B2B technology marketing experience preferred.
      • Proven experience building B2B demand generation programs and buyer journey engagement.
      • Understands digital business concepts and can clearly communicate ideas and client propositions.
      • The digital-first mindset with an understanding of digital performance marketing including SEM, programmatic, and paid digital channels.
      • Knowledge of local B2B digital IT media platforms and experience in marketing automation platforms.
      • Motivated self-starter and engages with high energy - can define goals and prioritize work.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communication at all levels and with diverse audiences.
      • Team player, operating as an extended member of the ASEAN and ANZ Marketing teams
