The Role:
You will be a Senior member of the Sydney team and connected to the wider Servian leadership. You will be passionate about growing people, keeping abreast of technology and delivering impactful solutions for our Data & Analytics pillar.
What to look forward to:
Leading the consultants and being accountable for the outcomes of the work delivered. Ensuring consultants are provided with feedback and are supported through their engagements to deliver outcomes to clients and opportunities for personal growth.Consulting to clients in the form of strategic recommendations, report writing, analysis and delivery.Producing solution architectures and proposals for new projects.Presenting to clients and partners on Servian solutions and offerings.Pre-Sales activity and relationship building with clients and technology partners.Building accurate estimates and commercial models for advisory and consulting engagements.Workshop facilitation with clients, technology partners and our team.
Your experience and capabilities:
Strong strategic thinker, influencer and problem solver, with technical competency and commercial awareness.Strong knowledge of all data concepts, technologies, approaches and trends.Solid practical capability with SQL, P/SQL, databases, integration, master data management, quality assurance, data wrangling and data governance technologies.Ability to articulate highly technical architectures, concepts, use-cases, designs and approaches, in a way that can be understood by stakeholders of varying degrees of technical literacy.Knowledge of Cloud environments are desirable, including Google, AWS and Azure.Knowledge of AI and ML technologies and principles are desirable.
