We’re offering a unique hybrid Field Services Expert role combining technical field engineering services with clinical applications support.

You’ll receive extensive hands-on training in Australia and internationally and support a portfolio of pathology laboratory diagnostic systems across the VIC/TAS region
Please note: this role requires availability for the afternoon shift, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm.
Your role:
- Visiting customer sites across VIC/TAS which include public/private hospitals and laboratories.
- Engineering support (80%) - Perform installations, preventative maintenance, upgrades and corrective services
- Applications support (20%)- Deliver application training, workflow optimisation and ongoing customer support
- Build strong customer relationships to improve system performance and patient outcomes
- Work closely with internal teams and share customer insights to support product improvements
- Adhere to all EHS and compliance requirements
Your expertise:
- The successful candidate will be trade qualified or university trained
- Happy to work autonomously when trained
- Available to work afternoon shift 2:00pm -10:30pm
- Hold an unrestricted driver’s licence
- Able to travel across state, interstate and overseas.
- Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia.
