About the role:
Sodexo are seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Building Maintenance team on a permanent, fulltime basis, across our residential portfolio of properties in Karratha. Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, your key responsibility will be to oversee the planned and reactive maintenance on a residential housing portfolio of over 750 houses. Duties include management of sub-contractors, scoping documents, quoting, supervising planned & reactive maintenance work, scheduling, report preparation and ensure work programs are on time and budget, data entry, report writing and KPI adherence. This position is a residential only role requiring the applicant to reside in Karratha. The roster is Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day. This role is permanent, full-time with Sodexo
Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising or managing staff
- CPR Certification (desirable)
- First Aid Certification(desirable)
- WA Manual Drivers Licence
