We are currently looking or an experienced Reliability Engineer who will be accountable for developing Asset Management Plans (APMs) in line with Asset strategies and the Sodexo Asset Management Policy. Asset Preventative / Predictive Maintenance and warehousing activities will be then developed with the intent to increase reliability and proactively manage adverse risks associated of asset failure.
Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Proposes maintenance strategies to management, ensuring they are designed to reduce risk, meet client and business objective, and achieve statutory compliance.
- Ensures that Operations input, precision maintenance requirements, spares, materials and supporting documentation have been considering when developing the maintenance strategy.
- Considers availability of equipment,
- Identifies actions that will address root causes and prevent the reoccurrence of an undesired event.
- Uses benchmarking processes and results to identify the landscape of opportunities.
- Endorses identified opportunities for standardization of materials and components for cost optimization and improving planning efficiency.
- Integrates with Supply to manage criticality of spares (warehousing, stocking strategies, etc)
- Engages with the Supply function to optimize the purchasing, repairable components and inventory process to ensure materials availability that support the maintenance strategy.
- Analyzes downtime, performance, condition and cost data and transform it into actions.
- Reviews maintenance strategies annually (at minimum) in order to keep data and details current and relevant in alignment with business requirements.
- Identifies new technologies and practices to increase accuracy and efficiency of asset health monitoring.
- Seeks opportunities for proactive actions from diverse condition monitoring methods to improve asset condition and performance.
- Builds compelling business cases aligned with the business objectives.
- Identifies and engages with stakeholders to gain endorsement for implementation.
- Builds networks to share and learn good practices to improve Maintenance function performance.
- Identifies opportunities to improve Master Data to support the Maintenance process.
- Ensures master data is organized, collected and stored to the right level of granularity to enable reliability analysis.
- Ensures appropriate allocation of skillsets to task requirements.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Sound understanding of Asset Life Cycle management (ISO550K)
- Ability to travel the Pilbara Region to promote effective work management processes, and as business needs arise
