If you are an experience AR officer looking for your next challenge with flexible work arrangements this is the role for you!
You will be part of a small AR team based in our head office at St Kilda. This role offers great WLB, with flexible work hours and hybrid office days. It’s permanent full time 38hrs per week, with a base salary of $65,000 + super.
Who are we looking for?
You will be an experienced Accounts Receivable officer who, understands the importance of timely submissions, and actively pursue collections with the ability to professionally discuss outstanding over-dues with our clients. You will be very accurate and possess a high level of numeracy capabilities, initiate, and facilitate credit applications and have experience with ERP systems.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Accounting certificates desirable but not essential
- Experience in a fast-paced AR role with a Multi-National Corporate
- Int to Adv MS office skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system (SAP, etc) desirable but not essential
- Exceptional time management and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with commercial business managers and the client.
