Due to our continued growth, Sodexo is seeking an experienced Commercial Administrator to support one of our contracts. This role is offered in a part-time capacity working a flexible two days per week.

About the job

Reporting to the National Account Manager, your main responsibilities will entail:

  • Processing and reconciling work orders with service reports and invoices
  • Maintaining our Facilities Management platform (Urbanise)
  • Providing support to Vendors/Contractors with their interface with our FM platform
  • Assist in 'end of month' client billing and accounts receivable
  • 2 days per week - home office or onsite (Jandakot location)

About You

You will consider yourself a well organised, self-motivated individual and administrative professional with the ability to demonstrate the skills shown below:

  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Administration experience supporting a very fast paced environment
  • FM system knowledge desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite - particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Proven ability to listen to customer needs, exceed expectations and provide outstanding customer service in a friendly manner
  • Full WA C Class Driver's Licence is essential
