Who are we?
Iota manages Priority Plumbing on behalf of South East Water. Priority Plumbing provides professional and trusted industrial and residential plumbing services to South East Water and its customers. This is an exciting time to join Priority Plumbing’s team as the business begins a strong phase of growth.
The works Coordinator is responsible for Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, providing solutions, and securing customer bookings. You will complete sales, scheduling, allocation of work, co-ordination, administrative tasks, closing off and collection of revenue.
The role
Acting as the first point of contact with our customer, while providing exceptional customer service the Works Coordinator will:
- Answer phone calls from new and existing customers, providing customers with product and service information, securing the customers booking and assisting customers to resolve any issues or questions they have;
- Prioritise customer and contractor requests;
- Enter new customer information and update existing customer information into CRM systems;
- Identify and escalate priority issues;
- Managing incoming sales leads in our online system;
- Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction with services;
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service;
- Keep detailed notes of all conversations with customers;
- Contribute to and maintain current process documentation;
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target;
- Effectively manage the workflow of the plumbing technicians to ensure optimal productivity is achieved; and
- Develop ongoing business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued provision of services.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Sales experience;
- Experience in providing customer service excellence;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Experience in presenting technical information and concepts to a wide range of audiences;
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member;
- Possess a positive attitude with the ability to multitask, retain information and work well under pressure;
- Awareness of Quality System procedures; and
- Plumbing industry knowledge is an advantage
