The role

The Business Technology Services branch is responsible for the delivery and support of Information Technology within South East Water, and is aligned under South East Water’s Sustainability strategy. As the Senior End User Support Analyst, you will be required to work alongside senior technical IT specialists to provide technical input with Microsoft based products and other end user systems and related services for South East Water’s technical services group and business representatives. You will undertake IT project work and system admin tasks as required. You will also provide technical IT assistance for ongoing improvement and maintenance of IT end user and desktop environment.

Who are you?

To be successful in this position you must have previous experience in a similar position, along with;

  • Experience in providing technical support to internal customers.
  • A degree in IT or a related field.
  • Industry certification in Microsoft technologies
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Understand and work to Service Level agreements.
  • Have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
