The Role:
As the People Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People team across a broad generalist remit in managing the full employee life cycle, as well as supporting to deliver key cyclical activities.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone that's passionate about growing their HR career in a caring and purpose-driven environment. To be considered for this role you will require some prior experience in a HR position, and operate with a customer-centric mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Coordinate and administer training and development programs, fostering continuous learning among employees.
- Support in the management of employee changes, transitions, and offboarding procedures.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of remuneration reviews, award changes, and performance appraisals.
