Working in our Operations team, you'll be helping with the maintenance and presentation of one of our unique open spaces in Melbourne's South East. Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Utes, Excavators, Trucks, Tractors, Buggies, Scissor Lifts, Bobcats, Front end Loader, Backhoe, manual and mechanical tools.
• Assist the Burial Team with continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the grounds.
• Assist with on-ground queries from the general public (directions, daily services).
• Provide support and assistance to other operational teams (ONE Team approach).
• Play an active role in contributing to the safety-first approach.

About You

You'll be working in a fast-paced, team environment where we are always striving for better. You'll enjoy working with people, and working outdoors. You'll also need:

• Current Australian driver's licence (manual would be advantageous)
• Well-developed skills in the safe and competent operation of plant and equipment
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and as an individual
• Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet work plans, customer requests and business requirements
