About the role
Reporting into the General Manager of Premium, this people leader position will see you manage a team that is responsible for the measurement and ROI of our strategy and proposition for our premium punters. You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities in our portfolio to ultimately increase customer satisfaction and share of wallet of Premium customer base. Stakeholder management will be a key success in this role as you will partner with our Risk & Trading teams, Planning and Insights, Finance, Research, Value and CRM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Play a key role in strategy development based on new technology, competitor movement and consumer demand
- Continual improvement of process and identify efficiencies to enhance Premium Team performance
- Establish clear success criteria for performance and proactively manage and plan for innovation strategically
- Lead the sustainability and CX pillar of the Sportsbet Premium strategy including key projects to improve and deliver
About You
We’re looking for someone with a customer first attitude and constantly strive to improve customers’ experience as well as:
- Demonstrated ability to define and communicate strategic roadmaps aligned to organisational strategy
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks to manage workloads and budgets
