About the role
Reporting into the Head of Customer Engagement, you will be focused on driving strategic innovation for the CRM function that delivers best in class outcomes for our customers as well as growth across key business objectives. You will also be the key project lead for our CRM response to upcoming legislation changes & wider business initiatives, whilst maintaining a laser focus on transforming our CRM function to be industry leading.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop & help CRM team implement comprehensive strategies across initiatives that uplift engagement, performance & reach of our customer base
- Lead the CRM response to upcoming key legislation changes & business initiatives, influencing & advocating for the best outcome for our customers & CRM strategy where needed
- Conduct regular analysis of competitors Customer Engagement marketing strategies
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team
- Continually evaluate and refine CRM strategies to ensure they remain relevant and effective
- Continuously evaluate & improve the effectiveness of the CRM compliance program
- Lead the CRM team through preparation & execution of upcoming CRM audits (both internal & external)
About You
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication & problem solving skills, as well as having a passion for staying ahead of the curve. Along with this, you will have:
- A strong understanding of marketing & digital media landscape with focus on latest developments in CRM space including upcoming trends, tech & processes
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to think critically & creatively to solve problems & identify opportunities for growth & improvement
