About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Research Manager we are looking for a UX Researcher to join our team on a 6-month Maternity Leave contract, to ensure customers have an enjoyable experience when using our products.
You will be a part of a centralised research team, working with Designers & Product Managers across the business, to ensure our products are easy to use and help us achieve our organisational goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting user research and working with the Senior UX Research Manager, Design & Product teams to implement design choices to improve user experience
- Effectively running key programs of work – qualitative research, UX research, tracking and other regular strategic research work
- Hands-on in taking briefs (or reverse briefing) to understand what key decisions are wanting to be made on the back of the research
- Facilitate workshops, user research activities, stakeholder interviews and research critique sessions with moderated and unmoderated user testing
- Report back findings in an easy to understand, easy to act way, to solve pain points and/or drive better customer experiences.
