About the role
The role of the Junior Business Analyst is to engage Technology business units to gather and document business and technical requirements for Sportsbet enterprise applications typically including Access Governance, HR, and Finance platforms. This role will collaborate closely with the User Access Management (UAM) Product Owner, particularly with audit governance and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of early life initiatives to translate ideas into an understanding of feasibility, scope, and value.
- Work with business and technology teams to gather and document requirements to help drive the correct solution.
- Facilitate workshops with employees and vendors.
- Plan and facilitate change management activities.
- Engagement with stakeholders to gather requirements onboard and maintain applications in the User Access Management framework.
- Provide stakeholders with relevant information to make important project decisions / trade-offs.
- Work with the broader UAM team and stakeholders to manage priorities and multiple system dependencies.
- Engage with 3rd party vendors to implement quality solutions aligned with the project success criteria.
- Undertake project delivery tasks including managing stakeholders, communications and outcomes.
