About The Role
Reporting into the CRM Manager, you focus on operational campaign execution that drives customer engagement and delivers business outcomes through impactful, relevant, and timely customer communications. This role includes overseeing end-to-end execution and optimisation of customer marketing campaigns to provide best-in-class omnichannel experiences across SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You will collaborate with the Customer Marketing Strategy team to align communication approaches across major events, product launches, and other business objectives to engage customers and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the delivery of innovative, engaging and personalised campaigns from the Customer Marketing Power Plan across owned channels
- Champion our brand tone of voice through copy and style of communications, ensuring we maximise our Product, Racing, and Sporting experiences.
