The Role

The Workplace Experience Specialist oversees daily office operations of our Melbourne Head office along with liaising with the Darwin and Sydney offices, manages subcontractors, and ensures a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all team members and guests. You’ll coordinate property projects, maintain essential systems such as air conditioning and electrical, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves driving continuous improvement in our Ways of Working, procurement, effective vendor management, and partnering with building management and security to manage access and safety for everyone.

You – Talents We’re Seeking

• Strong knowledge of property environment, building codes, and EH&S requirements for all employees.

• Experience prioritising and delivering results in office or facilities management environments.

• Customer-first attitude, improving workplace experience for everyone, including women and diverse backgrounds.

• Skilled in managing property projects and understanding diverse workplace needs.

• Proven ability in vendor management.
