As a Product Manager (12-month fixed term) within this transformation, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how the platform evolves to meet customer needs, enable commercial outcomes, and unlock operational efficiency. You’ll balance delivery realities with customer impact and commercial upside, working across technical, trading, commercial and compliance teams to solve complex problems at pace.
If you thrive in ambiguity, bring curiosity and energy, and care deeply about customer outcomes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

- Translate business goals into clear product initiatives, milestones, and outcomes – including feature‑parity and operational improvements
- Drive product discovery, identifying gaps between current and future experiences across customer, operational, and technical journeys
- Prioritise work using product principles, customer impact, value, risk, and trade‑off assessments
- Own backlog management – refinement, prioritisation, sequencing, and release planning with engineering
- Protect future platform integrity by reducing rework and managing product/technical debt
- Act as the primary product contact across engineering, design, analytics, trading, and commercial teams to align on problem definition, scope, and success measures
- Define and track success metrics & OKRs to understand product impact
