We need a professional, organised person to join our Petone office as a Business Services Administrator. You will provide exemplary customer service relating to the management, provision, and delivery of Business Administration within the Petone office.
A snapshot of this role will see you
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous handling of telephone calls and visitors
- Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are well presented
- Ensure kitchen, utility areas and meeting rooms are kept clean, tidy, stocked, and prepared for daily use and functions
- Facilitate meeting room bookings
- Delivery of mail/couriers and preparing outbound mail/couriers
- Maintain the office pool vehicle fleet, submitting mileage sheets, arranging repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate, prepare and provide editing of proposals, reports, and correspondence as required
- Ensure that all proposals, reports, and documents are completed within timeframes to the relevant Stantec standards and policies
- Ensure administrative systems operate effectively within the office and staff at all levels are appropriately involved and informed of any system changes
- Undertake project work as assigned by the Business Services Team Lead - North Island
You will also be involved in administration relating to client service, marketing and communication and our Integrated Management System.

Previous administration experience is needed along with a strong ability to prioritise your workload. Excellent typing skills with high accuracy plus sound experience in a range of Microsoft applications, are all essential for this role.
