Your Opportunity The role of Senior Civil Designer reporting to the Group Leader will contribute to delivering innovative solutions in all facets of civil & transport infrastructure and urban development projects in this beautiful region of North Queensland.
The role will suit an experienced 12D designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for Councils, Transport Main Roads or private development.
The role
Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
Interpret civil design requirements State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
Interface with associated disciplines such as planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
Interact with clients regarding project needs ensuring that expert and quality service is delivered
Collaborate with diverse teams nationally
About you
Demonstrated civil design/drafting experience within a consulting environment
Relevant qualifications
Demonstrated experience ideally using12D, however open to Civil 3D
Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
