About the role
You'll join a team of engineering geologists and geotechnical engineers where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the geotechnical leadership group and global community to help shape the development of the Asian Pacific geotechnical team. You’ll be involved in a range of engineering projects including dams and hydropower, transportation, and water and waste water Infrastructure throughout New Zealand and Asia pacific.
Key aspects of this role include:
Provide technical leadership
Determine internal and external client requirements
Conduct and manage field data acquisition, site investigations and testing
Develop ground models and provide input into specifications and drawings to ensure that geotechnical designs provide appropriate solutions.
Provide engineering geological expertise to meet project needs.
Develop strong working relationships with existing and new clients to help expand Stantec’s market share
