We need a professional, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our Auckland office as a Business Services Administrator. There has never been a better time to join Stantec, with a fabulous new office close to the domain, coffee shops and Westfield mall.
In this role you will provide so much more than the list below, but it will give you a good idea of the scope of work:
Proactive administrative support to a variety of team members.
Document formatting using your experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and templates.
Comply and support with the Stantec Integrated Management System which includes Quality, Environment and Health & Safety Management
Relief Reception duties.
Support to the wider business, including printing, filing, archiving, travel bookings and expense reconciliations, meeting room bookings and catering as required.
Equipment management.
A friendly and positive communication style and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
About you | E pā ana ki a koe
To be successful in the role, you will have experience in a comparable team administrator position for at least 5 years with a real aptitude for formatting and care about the people and company that you work for. You will be self-motivated and have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. If you have superior time management skills, enjoy being challenged with the ability to prioritise and be well organised, we want to hear from you.
