We’re looking for a motivated Cadet BIM Technician to work alongside our talented BIM (Building Information Modeling) team and engineers on exciting projects and kickstart a rewarding career in building design and more specifically Building Information Modeling (BIM). As a Cadet BIM Technician you will work on building projects and–
Prepare engineering documentation and undertake coordination using predominantly Revit, ACC, Revizto and other software and platforms.
Undertake a range of multi discipline design detailing duties related to our building services projects to provide a technical service to internal and external clients.
Execute modeling and drafting work within time constraints to a professional standard.
Assist with computational design tasks like coding and automation

Qualifications
Recent school leaver, looking to complete study at TAFE
Or be currently enrolled in, one of the following:
- Diploma of Construction or Building
- Degree in architecture, construction management
Technical proficiency in REVIT modelling, drafting and building design coordination.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or with a background in MEP contracting.
A desire to continue development in the Revit/BIM Design package space.
Able to do troubleshooting issues with BIM.
Organisational skills to prioritise work with the team to meet business and project delivery needs
Ability to work independently once set a task
