About the role
This is a full-time opportunity located in Brisbane.
The Head of Enterprise Solutions is responsible for enabling technology outcomes across corporate functions, Operations and Growth & Future Energy. The role leads enterprise-wide solutions, oversees the ICT project portfolio and partners with senior leaders to align technology with business strategy.
Key activities include:
- Lead enterprise technology enablement including ERP, CRM and safety systems
- Own the ICT project portfolio, investment roadmap and delivery framework
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and governance forums
- Lead, develop and mentor multi-disciplinary ICT delivery teams
- Oversee vendor performance, contracts and technology asset lifecycles
About you
- Proven experience leading large complex ICT portfolios in a transforming environment
- Strong commercial, strategic and stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience leading and developing high-performing diverse teams
- Understanding of enterprise applications and delivery methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant disciplines
