About the role
This is a Permanent Full-time opportunity located in Brisbane CBD
The Future Pathways Advisor will provide process and policy advice for the development and implementation of the Future Pathways Strategy. This role falls under the Strategic Partnerships division, where you will support the ongoing development of a framework to demonstrate the training requirements and delivery methods for our workforce. And will be responsible for delivering key elements of Stanwell’s strategy that will help identify opportunities and future career pathways for Stanwell’s employees which align with the Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan and Stanwell’s broader 2035 Strategy.
Key activities include:
- Provide policy and procedural advice along with Stanwell perspective on programs associated or aligned with the Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan.
- Partner with registered training organizations to identify, develop and promote transferable courses to Stanwell employees.
- Facilitate engagement forums to build awareness of future pathways initiatives and options for employees.
- Project manage future pathways roadmap initiatives (e.g. skill mapping, transition to retirement program, pathways learning catalogue).
About you
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience in the preparation and delivery of digital, oral, and written communication to a diverse range of stakeholders and audiences (internal and external).
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead, influence, negotiate and deliver outcomes within agreed budgets and timeframes.
- Demonstrated understanding of the tertiary and vocational education and training sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Communication or Community Relations or related experience.
