About the role
This is a full time opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

The HSE Advisor will play a key role in managing and improving health, safety, and environmental standards within our Brisbane office. This includes working closely with Facilities Management to address any HSE risks, providing rehabilitation and return to work support, injury and incident management, HSE advice on various projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and supporting the wider HSE teams across the business.
The Health, Safety and Environment Advisor reports through to the Health, Safety and Environment Manager- Wellbeing and is responsible for:
- Supporting the integration, development, and maintenance of the HSE management systems.
- Facilitate HSE related meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items for the corporate office.
- Conduct audits of the HSE Management System to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the corporate HSE team with general administrative tasks.
- Provide training and support to employees on HSE policies and procedures.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate office environment.
- Experience in rehabilitation and return to work management and ergonomic assessments and workstation setups is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
