About the opportunity
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role responsible for leading and delivering data and system migrations for brokerages transitioning to Steadfast’s SAAS solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, secure, and timely migrations, working closely with brokers and internal teams to support smooth go‑live outcomes and long‑term platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end data and system migrations for broker clients in line with agreed scope, timelines, and procedures
- Work closely with broker principals and staff to understand existing systems, data structures, and business workflows
- Coordinate with internal Product, Development, and Support teams to troubleshoot migration issues and meet milestones
- Maintain accurate migration documentation and ensure clear handover to Support post‑migration
- Contribute to continuous improvement of migration processes, templates, and product enhancements
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience working within an insurance brokerage environment
- Strong working knowledge of broker management systems and data structures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and manage stakeholders through change
- High attention to detail with strong planning, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills
- Customer‑focused mindset with a sense of urgency and commitment to quality delivery
