The great thing about Steadfast is their understanding of life’s many seasons and their willingness to adapt and support staff through change. I’ve worked at Steadfast for over ten years, and in that time I’ve relocated interstate twice and gone from a young twenty-something city slicker, to a mum of two children in the suburbs. Through this change, Steadfast has supported me with inclusive initiatives including flexible working arrangements, access to parental and carers leave as well as opportunities to advance my leadership abilities and ultimately my career. It’s an organisation that cares about its people and truly recognises their contribution to the businesses overall success.
