Sunwater is seeking a dynamic Senior Risk & Compliance Advisor to drive excellence in Risk & Compliance Assurance and support the risk and compliance champions. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to provide expert guidance on risk, compliance, and assurance matters - ensuring effective interpretation and application of requirements across all levels of the organisation.
As a valued member of the Risk and Compliance Team , you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and continuous improvement of the Sunwater’s integrated Enterprise Risk, Compliance, and Assurance Framework (ERCAF) in alignment with relevant standards, e.g. ISO 31000, ISO 37301, Global Audit Standards.
You will partner with the business through active stakeholder engagement to ensure coordinated and effective application of the ERCAF, involving leading risk and compliance assurance across Lines 1 and 2, and engaging with the three lines assurance providers across business units to ensure effective alignment and coverage of risk and compliance controls.
We are seeking an experienced assurance professional with 5+ years experience in a similar role, degree in Business or another relevant discipline (or equivalent experience), and certification in CIA, CRMA, CPRM, or CCRP is favourable.
