Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and process improvement initiatives.
- Implement and embed process improvement programs.
- Translate business requirements into process flows and identify efficiencies.
- Manage the initiatives roadmap and monitor progress.
- Deliver effective analysis, reporting, and technical support.
- Engage and inform stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge in shared services across IT, finance, HR, and more.
- Strong project management and portfolio optimisation skills.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and governance.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) is highly desirable.
- Business process improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
