The opportunity: 12 month max term contract - Maternity Cover
As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for connecting all facets of our organisation. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing the operational harmony of our dynamic team of global change-makers. The role is based at our Sydney office, and we also welcome a hybrid flexible working model.
Your role will be to support the CEO, COO, CFO & CPO.
- Exceptional administrative, organisational, and time management skills, tailored for the demands of Senior Executives.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all tasks.
- A demonstrated track record of capably managing Executive calendars (including personal commitments), along with complex and strategic mailbox management.
- Highly proficient in advanced MS Office applications, enabling efficient handling of documentation and correspondence.
- A comprehensive understanding of interstate/overseas travel arrangements, including preparation of detailed travel itineraries, geared towards meeting the unique needs of C-suite Executives.

- Extensive experience in a comparable C-suite Executive Assistant role is strongly preferred.
