The opportunity:
As the Consultant - Project Coordinator/Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects by coordinating all aspects of project planning, invoice and documentation management. You will work closely with the project team to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within the specified time frame and budget.
This is a part-time position, working Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 months, covering maternity leave, with a view to extend.
The role is based at our Perth CBD location, and we also welcome a hybrid flexible working model.
- Maintain appropriate document and knowledge management systems as outlined in the key management plans.
- Distribute project-related documentation and reporting as per agreed distribution lists.
- Provide administrative support to project teams (meeting bookings, travel, etc.).
- Maintain probity and confidentiality records.
- Support project controls tasks (time-sheeting, reporting etc.).
