At SYSTRA ANZ, we are looking for a Workplace Assistant to be the face of our North Sydney office. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, this is the perfect opportunity to join a team that keeps our business moving forward.
As our Workplace Assistant, you will create a positive first impression for everyone walking through our doors. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our North Sydney office while providing seamless administrative support to our teams across Australia.
- The role is fulltime in the office.
- 12month Max term contract
- 70-75K + Super
Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of SYSTRA, greeting clients, partners, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism.
- Keep our reception, communal areas, and meeting rooms looking impeccable, organised, and business-ready.
- Manage boardroom setups and ensure seamless catering for internal and external meetings.
- Manage weekly grocery and office supply orders to keep the kitchen and hub fully stocked.
- Act as a central support hub, assisting colleagues in Sydney and other states with administrative tasks as needed.

- You are a team player who is happy to jump in and support interstate colleagues when administrative needs arise.

- Previous experience in a reception or office assistant role is highly regarded.
