We own, operate and maintain the electricity transmission and distribution network in Tasmania. We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 295,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers. We facilitate the transfer of electricity between Victoria and Tasmania via Basslink, the sub-sea electricity interconnector. We also provide telecommunications and technology services.
About the role
This role will oversee all the learning design and support to Training and Assessment to ensure a high quality of service to drive TasNetworks and meet regulatory requirements. Having a high focus on the end-to-end content design and development of all RTO Training and Assessments.
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for both Face to Face & Online whilst working collaboratively with subject matter experts to identify target audiences training needs.
Apply instructional design methodologies, practices & theory, utilising the ADDIE approach to develop the training that is informed by the experienced Trainers.
Create supporting material utilising a variety of mediums – eLearning, videos, role plays, activities etc.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have a solid knowledge of course development software (Articulate) and at least one Learning Management System.
RTO knowledge and experience including compliance and reporting is essential, having experienced with Student and Learning Management Systems is preferable.
We are after someone that is results focused with exceptional time management skills.
